Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may issue a public apology to reconcile with the royal family: ‘There are more visits in the work’

Over the past couple of months, reports have swirled about how Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been looking to fix ties with the royal family. While their visit to the UK with their children was almost successful, as the family met up with King Charles, the Duke of Sussex’s brother still seems to be on the outs. New reports now suggest that the couple, who have settled in California after leaving the UK, are considering issuing a public apology over everything that has happened in the past.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are considering a public apology
During one of the latest episodes of the ‘The Royals Uncensored’ podcast, host Jo Elvin, along with former royal butler Grant Harold and commentator Kinsey Schofield, discussed the matter at hand and how everything has been going for the royal family and the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.Jo commented on how the duo may be planning to issue a public apology soon to mend ties from their end. She added, “There are some fresh reports suggesting that Harry is keen to keep building bridges. Apparently, there are more visits in the works, and there are rumours Harry and Meghan are considering a public apology to end the feud. We know the King’s door is ajar, but William’s is firmly shut with a chair propped up firmly against the door.”The trio, however, also talked about how King Charles’s efforts to reconcile from his end may have “blindsided” Prince William, who has still not met his brother. Kinsey added, “I think it’s more selfish than that. The king doesn’t want to be remembered for cutting off his son and for not trying to make it work. I think he is selfish when it comes to William.” She also talked about how Prince William continues to avoid his brother, Prince Harry, and does not wish to contact him in any manner. “(Prince William) thinks they’re a liability to the future of the monarchy. If the King recognised that and respected that, he would strip [Harry and Meghan] of their titles and make it easy for a King William reign,” she shared.
Prince William has no wish to reconcile with Prince Harry
In another recent report shared by News Nation, the Duke and Duchess’ visit to the UK may have been a success in some parts; however, there was a lot of “chaos” going on behind the scenes, especially regarding the security issues. A statement read, “I think anyone that has eyes and ears and watched it all unfold, including them, would have to agree it was an absolute circus at times. I think they brought it home with the meeting with the King at the end, which was ultimately one of the major goals of that trip.” Further added, “It all just descended into chaos.” The report mentioned that Prince Harry’s timing of the visit was also questionable, as he arrived the same day his activities were supposed to start.Another statement countered, “I can’t imagine that that has happened. Nothing I have heard has indicated that that has happened. I think that potentially that idea of a big public apology has been dropped, because it’s obviously not going to happen.”Prince Harry and King Charles met one another in a private meeting with Meghan Markle and their two children, Archie and Lilibet. He also went to visit his mother, Princess Diana’s final resting place, with his family before leaving the UK.
