Picking sandals for summer holidays can be tricky – you want them to be stylish so you can re-wear them with different outfits but you also want them to be comfortable enough so you can go on hours of walking while exploring the city.
Holidaymakers were impressed when they tested the Heavenly Feet Saltwater Sandals and found the pair “light as air” thanks to the memory foam padding in the sole.
The £39.95 summer must-have is made with vegan leather in an “open toes” style similar to the 90s classic jelly shoes. Available in a range of colours – black, blue, fern, fuchsia, lilac, orange, redwood and tan – the Saltwater sandals feature a sling-back design with buckle fastening and a soft cushioned footbed.
The sandals have a comfortable ridged sole at 1.25 inches in height and are available in UK sizes 3 to 8. A customer shared a review and said they are “better than her Dr Martens sandals”, adding: “Lovely sandals, I got the vegan Doc Martens ones first and they skinned my feet, these are comfortable and as always, very reasonably priced.”
Another wrote: “I have previously bought similar styles from Heavenly Feet and live in them during the Summer. I have been searching for this colour combined with comfort. These do not disappoint. Another triumph from Heavenly Feet.”
A third gave four stars and explained: “I took a chance ordering shoes without a clear indication of the width fitting (the only reason for dropping a star). I didn’t need to worry. I have wide feet but the shoes were amazingly comfortable, looked fantastic and were light as air.”
“I got my order wrong and they immediately resolved this. Also, the product is fantastic, it is like walking on a cloud. My holiday feet will be all the better for trekking across the Amalfi coast,” a fourth shared.

FitFlop’s Surff wedge sandals feature soft velcro straps instead of a metal buckle, it gives a sporty look with the “rebound” chunky sole silhouette and extra-breathable sports webbing.
