Zoe Saldana spotted holding hands with husband Marco Perego at Montecito farmer’s market… after spending $17.5M on a new house in the chic beachside enclave

Zoe Saldaña was spotted taking advantage of the amenties in her new neighborhood of Montecito, California.

The Avatar star, 45, and her family bought a $17.5 million mansion this fall in the city that is home to Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, Oprah Winfrey, and Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi.

The mom of three and her husband Marco Perego, 44, walked hand in hand through the farmer’s market.

The Guardians of the Galaxy actress – who snapped a topless mirror selfie showing off her tattoo of her husband’s face – wore skinny jeans tucked into brown boots with a bright blue button-down shirt with white stripes, a cropped white vest and a light blue pashmina.

Marco wore jeans, a black t-shirt and a black puffer as they both carried bags back to their car.

Before moving north to Santa Barbara county, Zoe listed her Beverly Hills mansion for $16.5 million, which is almost double the $8.7 million she paid for it in 2016, per Zillow

As of this writing, the 6,000 square foot, five bedroom, seven bathroom house is for rent for $47,500 per month.

Not much information is available about her new Montecito digs other than it is a 10,000 square foot house with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms on five acres.

Earlier this fall, The Adam Project star opened up about what it is like raising three boys.

She and her husband are parents to twins Cy and Bowie, eight, and Zen, six, calling the journey the ‘most amazing thing, but it’s real.’

‘We are here to set very big tones for them in life on how to be, how to react, how to regulate, how to repair, how to heal, how to stand up for yourself,’ she told People.

‘So they’re going to be constantly mirroring what you do, knowing that you’re being observed at all times,’ she continued. ‘It definitely makes you a lot more mindful than you have ever been in your whole entire life.’

Zoe has been open in the past about the fact that she’s not raising her sons in ‘gender specific roles.’

The parents are raising them to ‘honor themselves, their femininity, to celebrate their feminine self as well.’

‘We’re very hard on our boys the same way we’re hard on women. And boys are encouraged to be strong and to suppress their emotions,’ she told the outlet.

‘And then once you learn to do that so much for so long, you become completely excommunicated from your feelings,’ she explained.

‘We definitely understood the assignments and accepted it knowing that we were raising boys during a time when women’s movements are so important.’
