Ruth Langsford’s spa product works to relieve muscles for better sleep

Ruth Langsford recently shared a glimpse of her weekend life to fans on social media. During her break, the Loose Women star tried a pilates class and said: “I have discovered muscles I didn’t know I had”.
To wind down from the core-strengthening exercise, Ruth enjoyed a bath filled with Epsom Salt to ease pain and relieve inflammation, she then also used Neom Perfect Night’s Sleep Magnesium Body Butter to hydrate the skin. The body cream is available on Amazon with 25% off, reducing the price from £39 to £29.25.
Ruth posted a close-up picture of the product, along with the caption: “After pilates session yesterday I have discovered muscles I didn’t I had! So Espsom salts bath tonight. Followed by this magnesium body butter from Neom. Smells amazing.”
Enriched with mineral magnesium, the sumptuous body cream cocoons the skin in a hydrating and fragrant veil. The floral fragranced formula of English lavender, sweet basil and jasmine unleashes the moisturising and conditioning powers of shea butter, coconut oil and aloe vera to promote soft, supple results. The scent delivers a deeply relaxing aroma that can help shoppers get a restful slumber.
Similar products include Feather & Down’s Soothing Sleep Butter, which is available for £10 at Boots, featuring magnesium, lavender and chamomile essential oils. This Works’ Deep Sleep Body Whip, £30, has added hemp seed extract and copper PCA to help support the skin’s microbiome.
More than 300 Amazon shoppers have left five-star reviews of the Neom buy, with one saying: “Perfect as always. Helps stop restless legs by rubbing grape size amount onto both soles of feet and lower legs. Fabulous relaxing scent too. Lasts ages. Bought when it was cheaper deal than in Neom store.”
Another wrote: “I had been struggling with sleep and so I was looking for anything to support better sleep hygiene. Unlike other products the scent of this is strong and doesn’t fade – I can still smell it in the morning. You don’t need a huge amount. It smells divine and I definitely feel it has helped to put me in a more relaxed and calming state that ultimately aids my sleep.”
But one shopper mentioned the thick cream texture is not recommended for summertime use and a second echoed: “It will start to roll off of you over-rub it in.”
