Real Housewives Of London launch date finally revealed in first look trailer – with surprise swipe at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

The launch date for the Real Housewives Of London has finally been revealed – as one star of the show took a swipe at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Fans have waited patiently for the highly-anticipated series after it was announced last year.
The series, the third UK Real Housewives programme after the Cheshire and Jersey versions, will follow a number of wealthy and glamorous women based in the capital.
In May, the glamourous and wealthy lineup was officially unveiled, which features some very familiar faces.
Now, streaming giant Hayu has confirmed The Real Housewives Of London will be available from Monday, August 18.
A first look trailer released has introduced housewives Juliet Angus, Amanda Cronin, Karen Loderick-Peace, Juliet Mayhew, Panthea Parker and Nessie Welschinger to viewers.

Opening with a bleak, rainy London at the iconic Tower Bridge, the scene quickly changes to a recognisable one – a housewife dinner party – and the drama quickly starts to unfold.
For season one, fans will see Juliet Angus return to London to run her jewellery store, while celebrating 20 years with her husband Gregor.
Amanda Cronin’s skincare line is booming, though her history with Juliet is set to cause friction in the group. The single millionaire is also on the hunt for a new man.
As her children officially flee the nest, Karen Loderick-Peace returns to London to live life on her own terms, while chasing the dream of starting her own fashion label as her status is put under pressure.
Meanwhile, Panthea Parker will leave the group of women reeling with her sharp-tongue and unapologetic opinions as a big birthday looms.
Taking on the role of the group’s unshakeable heart, children’s cookbook author Nessie Welschinger will attempt to play peacemaker during the series.
Also in the trailer, fans see Panthea, 50, who is married to a city lawyer and master of the City of London Solicitors’ Company, instructed to ‘not ask the monarch about Harry and Meghan’ before meeting him.
While on route to the reception, she’s given the orders in her plush car after she vowed to quiz the King on the strained relationship.
