Prince Harry gets served brutal reminder about forgiveness: ‘Its Prince William who does the calling’
Its said Prince William is still not over all the drama that happened after Megxit and may even be against the idea of it all being forgiven where his father is concerned.
The entire thing has been shared by former BBC Royal correspondent Jennie Bond, who recently turned to i Newspaper to offer her two cents, given Princess Diana’s death anniversary is less than two weeks away on August 31st.
For those unversed, there are many critics and commentators who worry the ongoing rift between the brothers will mar the poignant memorial.
Even Ms Bond admits that anything short of a collaboration could cause ‘drama’.
In one part of her piece, she also wrote, “what a tribute it would be to Diana if her sons could finally be reconciled on the anniversary of her untimely death. But if Harry’s fire has been quelled, the anger smouldering inside William – who is known to be a stubborn character – could be much harder to extinguish.”
After all, Prince William is one royal the Duke of Sussex hasn’t been able to crack as of yet.
Ms Bond explains, “he feels betrayed by the brother who sold the family secrets – or at least Harry’s version of them — and now wants to be allowed back into the fold.”
Before concluding she even included warning that sees her say, “if any truce is to be called, it will be William who does the calling.”
