Meghan Markle exhibits ‘bossy’ behaviour and Kate Middleton ‘doesn’t like to be interrupted’, according to expert foot reader

Palm reading is out, and foot reading is in.
That’s according to the UK’s leading expert, Jane Sheehan, who has a host of celebrity clients and has been in the business for more than 25 years.Â
There’s a belief that our toes and soles give a glimpse into our character and motivations, much like palm-reading.Â
According to Jane, the top of the foot is what you want the world to know, and the bottom is what’s really going on.Â
The celebrity foot reader works by studying the shapes and positions of toes to analyse a person’s personality and behaviour.
When it comes to royal feet, Jane told MailOnline she expects to see leadership, which is seen in a foot through an elongated second toe.
In ancient Greece, a longer second toe was considered an ideal of physical perfection and was often depicted in sculptures.
In some forms of psychic foot reading, a long second toe is interpreted as a sign of royal ancestry.Â

Princess Eugenie, Sarah Ferguson and Princess Beatrice are pictured barefoot. Both sisters have an elongated second toe, according to foot reader Jane Sheehan

The foot expert said Kate Middleton has toes which are straight, symbolising balance
Jane said this trait can be seen in sisters Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice.
Eugenie has an elongated second toe only but Beatrice has a longer second and third toe.
Jane said: ‘Beatrice has extra drive and determination that she can do twice as much as the next person, given the time and resources.’Â
This trait can also be seen in Charlene of Monaco, Sophie, Duchess of Edinburgh and the late Princess Diana.
Meghan Markle has an elongated second toe but Kate hasn’t.
She said: ‘In this photograph of Meghan, it says that she’s motivated to help others, has natural leadership qualities, but if she’s not in a leadership role she could become bossy.
‘It shows that she’s a multitasker. Her little toe is very short which indicates a childlike sense of fun and appreciation of the simple things in life.
‘The other toes are pretty straight, unlike some of the other members of the Royal Family I have seen.Â
‘To me, that says balance, which doesn’t fit what is portrayed about her in the media.

Jane said: ‘Beatrice has extra drive and determination that she can do twice as much as the next person, given the time and resources’Â
‘She’s got a mix of qualities. She’s got a very wide top of the foot and a very narrow bottom of the foot.
‘I see this as someone a bit like the Duracell bunny. They keep going and it takes a long time to get them to sit down. But once they do, that’s it. They’re full on or they’re off and not much in between.’
In the past it has been claimed in the past that Meghan ‘hated’ her feet and she would usually wear long hemlines, heeled pumps, ballet flats, boots or trainers – meaning her toes were always hidden from view.
But in recent years she has opted for open-toe sandals more often.
Jane said: ‘I always say in my classes, ask people what they think about their feet, because it’s a metaphorical clue about how they feel about themselves.
‘If you always wear closed shoes, you want more privacy.
‘If your preference is for more open shoes it’s like “this is me, take it or leave it, this is who I am”.
‘To me this would indicate that before, she wanted privacy, and now she wants people to know who she is. She wants to be more natural.’Â

‘White nail polish is the idea of unity and peace, which Meghan chose to wear in this photo,’ according to Jane Â

Jane said: ‘Kate’s toes appear more in line with each other, which suggests methodical, detail-oriented traits and that she doesn’t like to be interrupted in the middle of something’Â
Jane added: ‘Kate’s toes appear more in line with each other, which suggests methodical, detail-oriented traits and that she doesn’t like to be interrupted in the middle of something.
‘Added to that she has a short big toe which means multi-tasker. She’s quite different from the others.’
Another royal whose feet provide a different reading is Zara Tindall.
Jane said:Â ‘Her third toe is leaning towards the big toe and titled which means she has a 360 degree approach to what she’s doing.Â
‘She analyses what’s already happened and then looks ahead at the next steps.Â
‘Her fourth toe is titled with the nail looking towards the little toe which shows she is excited to meet new people rather than hang around with people she’s known for years.
‘She also has her little toe on its side, which means unconventional and rebellious. Sophie has this as well.’Â

‘I would read Sophie’s nail polish colour as her wanting more fun and love in her life,’ said the expertÂ
According to Jane, there are similarities between Kate and Diana’s personalities, as shown through her feet.
She said: ‘Kate’s feet show that she has big shoulders for other people to cry on. She’s a good listener which you can see through the extra ledge by the little toe.
‘Oprah Winfrey has the same thing. In the photo Diana also has this extra ledge but she also has a joint that is sticking up on the top of the foot.
‘This shows having responsibilities dumped on your shoulders which you didn’t ask for and you feel resistance to it.
‘Like Kate, Diana’s feet show she valued people she had known for years. This is indicated by the curve of the fourth toe towards the big toe.’
Diana has a crease on the top joint of the second toe which indicates secrecy, according to the celebrity foot reader.
‘This indicates being emotionally adaptable, knowing when to hold on to her feelings and when to show them.’Â
Jane added that the nail polish colour people choose to wear reflects what they want more of in their life.

‘White nail polish is the idea of unity and peace, which Meghan chose to wear in this photo.
‘If it was a French manicure, that would indicate a person wanting more perfectionism in their life.
‘Sophie is wearing an orangey-pink colour.Â
‘Orange painted nails signal wanting more fun. Pink signifies wanting more love.
‘I would read this colour as Sophie wanting fun – love has to be involved with how she’s doing that.
‘She has to enjoy what she’s doing and like the people involved or she’s not going to bother.
‘Diana is wearing either brown or dark red.Â
‘Brown signifies wanting to feel more safe, grounded, comfortable and focused.
‘Dark red says “I want more energy to fulfil my ambitions but I’m feeling tired”.

Jane said: ‘King Charles has an elongated second and third toe which indicates a natural leadership quality and the extra drive and determination that he can do twice as much as the next person given the same time and resources’

Jane said Prince William has similar feet to Charles. His toes are long and narrow which indicates more creative expression

‘Prince Harry’s second toe is narrow at the base and wide at the tip. This indicates that when he expresses an emotion, he express it bigger than he feels it. His heart is ruling his head,’ said the foot expert
And it’s not just royal women whose feet give away some of their innermost thoughts and feelings.Â
Jane said: ‘King Charles has an elongated second and third toe which indicates a natural leadership quality.
‘He also has the extra drive and determination to do do twice as much as the next person given the same time and resources.’
His toes are long and wide which, according to the foot expert, indicates he is expressive but has a natural inclination towards practical matters and problem-solving. Â
‘Compare that to Prince William who has similar feet to Charles. His toes are long and narrow which indicates more creative expression,’ she continued.Â

The biggest outlier of the royals was Charlene whose feet, says the foot reader, indicate having discipline imposed on her
The biggest outlier of the royals was Charlene whose feet, says Jane, indicate having discipline imposed on her.
The foot reader said: ‘She is the only one who has tendons showing. This is something I see in ballerinas and keen athletes.’
Before her marriage to Prince Albert II, Charlene was an Olympic swimmer representing South Africa.
‘I don’t read this self-discipline in the other royal’s feet, who are a lot more go with the flow,’ said Jane.
