The first half of Meghan Markle’s Invictus Games wardrobe was all about preppy separates and laidback basics, but she really ramped things up for the second half of her trip!
From a high street treasure in the shape of a Zara playsuit, to trending labels like Cult Gaia, Doen and Toteme, the Duchess of Sussex didn’t disappoint.
There were throwbacks to favourite old names as well as brand new additions like this high neck number. Look no further for autumnal inspiration!
We’re throwing this out there: Meghan’s Markle’s Toteme dress is THE perfect investment for this time of year.
The mock neck knitted midi worked perfectly with Dior heels for a reception at the Invictus Games, but this gorgeous grey design would look just as good dressed down with white trainers and a cosy camel coat.
Fans of Toteme include Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Kaia Gerber, so you’ll be in good company.

First up was a visit to a German brewery to celebrate Prince Harry‘s 39th birthday, which was an opportunity to see Meghan’s signature off-duty uniform: shirt, skinny jeans and flats.
1. Striking in stripes
Reading between the lines: Meghan looked chic in stripes by Doen
Meghan repeated her favourite Frame skinny jeans, which she owns in both black and white, adding a £248 Doen ‘Hava’ top and Cuyana’s quirky ‘Paloma’ bag
The mother-of-two does fancy flats really well, and these very versatile Manolo Blahnik shoes just went straight to the top of our wish list.

From her Invictus Games debut with Harry back in 2017, Meghan has always worn the chicest shirts. This is an autumnal update that will work hard in your wardrobe.
A fresh alternative to blue or black denim, Mango’s white skinny jeans have got a great amount of stretch. The frayed hem is a nice touch too.
These backless ballet flats are in a beautiful shade of blush, are finished in super soft suede and are in the sale. Tick, tick, tick!
Can you believe this bag is from Amazon? It’s available in a rainbow of colours, but the taupe is a match for Meghan’s Cuyana bag.
2.(Play)suited and booted
Meghan proved Zara is everyone’s high street go-to
We’ve been enjoying a bit of autumnal sunshine lately, and if you’re keen to keep summer going for a bit longer, Meghan showed us the perfect way to layer up a playsuit.
She added a smart Celine blazer to her bargain Zara onesie, adding gold Bottega Veneta earrings, and a Brilliant Earth necklace worth £990.
Cesta Collective is a new name on our radar, but we’re loving her khaki crossbody bag, which perfectly matches those dark green Saint Laurent ‘Tribute’ leather sandals, which will set you back £595.

It might be more expensive than Meghan’s sold out Zara romper, but this off-white all-in-one is worth splashing the cash.
Meghan’s a Leo, but Thomas Sabo has got something for every sign in gold or silver. Wouldn’t it be a charm-ing gift?
We won’t tell anyone they’re not YSL!
As worn by Kendall Jenner and Iris Law.
3. A mock neck masterclass
Swedish brand Toteme is a new name in Meghan’s wardrobe, and it’s a great fit for her style
We could wax lyrical about this Toteme dress for about as long as we’ve been lusting over Meghan’s earrings. They’re an old favourite by Pippa Small, but a newer version is available to buy here.

This H&M dress is giving us purse-friendly Toteme vibes. We love the navy colour and stretch rib fabric.
Meghan’s been wearing her sold-out Pippa Small earrings since 2018, but this new season style will do the trick.
All the flare of Dior’s dreamy ‘Dioressence’ pumps but without the nightmare price tag. Also available in white or nude.
Head to Monica Vinader for your own take on Meghan’s beloved Lorraine Schwartz diamond pinky ring.
4. Denim with a difference
Carolina Herrera has long been a favourite of Meghan’s, and this denim dress was a winner
Remember that stunning red ballgown Meghan wore to a gala in New York? She’s long been a fan of the designer label, although at £1,363.67, this Carolina Herrera denim shirt dress is a pricey piece!
Her Ariel Gordon necklace, Cartier Love bracelet and Shiffon ring rounded things off nicely.

A denim shirt dress will work seriously hard in your wardrobe. From court heels to cowboy boots, you can style it any way you like!
A brand loved by the Princess of Wales, you can get complimentary engraving on both the front and back of this disc necklace. So sweet!
At just under £5, this is a bargain way to update your jewellery box.
Buy more than one and stack them! It even has screw fastenings like the Cartier.
5. Crazy for Cuyana
The Duchess of Sussex put her own twist on styling up a trench coat
This tonal ensemble is typical Meghan, and it’s largely by a brand that she first drew our attention to years back, Cuyana.
She teamed the silk classic trench coat with the matching paperbag pants, adding £561 Aquazzura ‘Purist’ pumps and her Cartier Tank watch to complete the look.
The fluid fabric and contrast belt sets this trench apart from the rest and is spot on for this transitional time of year.

Less structured than a traditional trench, this coat would look great with blue jeans, a crisp white shirt and a pair of loafers.
Tapered trousers can be super flattering, and this neutral hue would look very chic with a classic white shirt.
Talk about Lanvin for less! These eye-catching earrings have got impressive reviews.
Affordable yet iconic, Casio is our top recommendation if you’re after a new watch.
6. A high fashion finale
Meghan completed her 12 outfit display in a jaw-dropping Cult Gaia dress
Talk about saving the best for last! Meghan turned to striking teal for the closing ceremony of the 2023 Invictus Games, choosing Cult Gaia’s £825 ‘Raylene’ dress.
Maya Jama’s a huge fan of the brand too, and if you look closely you’ll notice the intricate cut out lace floral design. Beautiful, isn’t it?
Add in her nude Aquazzura heels and repeat jewellery by Kimai and Cartier, and she certainly ended on a high note. Bravo!

This bandeau dress has got Christmas party season written all over it. An amazing match for Meghan’s Cult Gaia number!
Or if it’s the cutwork detail you loved, this Endless Rose dress looks much more expensive than it is.
You’ll never go too far wrong with nude pumps and these are the perfect heel height. Mango is having a real moment too – Kendall Jenner and Margot Robbie are fans!
We heart these hoops. The co-founders of Soru are sisters Francesca Kelly & Marianna Doyle, who find inspiration in their Sicilian roots.
