Billy Miller death: Suits star Meghan Markle quiet after death of show’s recurring actor as creator pays touching tribute
As Suits creator paid a touching tribute to late actor Billy Miller who recurred on the hit series, show star and now Duchess Meghan Markle has remained mum on the passing.
Co-creator Aaron Korsh took to social media on Sunday and posted a touching message on X.
‘Very sad news for the entire Suits family. I flew home once with Billy. We had a great time, bonding over the five-hour flight, which seemed like it was over in minutes. A funny, smart, kind, gentle man,’ Korsh said about Martin who played the brother of lead Gabriel Macht
Miller died on Friday at the age of 43 in Austin, Texas, following a struggle with ‘manic depression,’ though the official cause of death has not been revealed yet.
Markle, who played Rachel Zane in Suits, has not said anything about Miller’s death. The two worked together in five episodes as she played a paralegal, and he was the brother of head lawyer Harvey Specter.

Miller was best known for his roles as Jason Morgan and Drew Cain in the soap series General Hospital, which he left in 2019.
General Hospital’s executive producer Frank Valentini posted a heartfelt message on X and said: ‘I am devastated to hear news of the incredibly talented Billy Miller’s passing. On behalf of the entire @GeneralHospital family, our hearts go out to his family and friends during this difficult time.’
Eileen Davidson who starred in the soap opera The Young and the Restless with Miller joined in the tributes as well.
‘I’m so sad to hear of Billy Miller’s passing. His infectious charm and warmth left lasting impressions on all of us who were lucky enough to have him in our lives. Im gonna miss that mischievous smile. Love you Billy,’ she posted on X, accompanied with a picture of the two at Emmys.
In all of the five episodes of Suits that he played in, Miller was the brother of Harvey Specter, played by Macht, who also has not posted anything on social media about Miller’s passing.
Other former co-stars have spoken out about the loss of Miller, like Octavia Spencer, who worked alongside Miller in the Apple TV+’s Truth Be Told.
‘I am speechless. I’m laying here scrolling through IG and came across a post that we lost Billy Miller. To his family, legions of fans, and our #TruthBeTold family my deepest condolences,’ she wrote underneath a photo of the actor on Instagram.
The young actor’s death came just before he celebrated his 44th birthday, which would’ve been on Monday, September 17.
Miller is survived by his mother, Patricia, and his sister, Megan.

Prince Harry became emotional during his moving speech at the closing ceremony of the Invictus Games in Dusseldorf, Germany.
The royal’s five-minute speech saluted those who have taken part in the week-long games, which were founded in 2014 for veterans to represent their county and compete in.

She looked on adoringly as the team walked on stage to Bruce Springsteen’s Born in the USA. Meghan clapped along to the song as it reverberated around the Merkur Spiel-Arena and blew kisses to the team.
Prince Harry also joined the applause from his front row seat – and took to the stage to thank people for coming.
