All Meghan Markle’s references to her pre-royal lifestyle blog The Tig as she reveals new mood board for As Ever

Meghan Markle harked back to her days running lifestyle blog The Tig as she shared a sweet vision board from ‘memory lane to the memories I’m making today’.
The collage, shared on her Instagram, gives a glimpse at what her new luxury lifestyle brand – ‘As Ever’ – could look like, including images from her years running a previous blog, The Tig.
The Duchess of Sussex, 43, renamed her luxury lifestyle brand ‘As Ever’ and launched a website earlier this week with a cover photo of her holding hands with her daughter Lilibet, three, in the California sunshine.
Today she shared what looks to be a vision board for her new venture, featuring a number of photographs, notes and what appear to be packaging samples for her new brand.
Four Post-it notes title different sections of the board, with one reading: ‘Tig days’.
This is a reference to the lifestyle blog Meghan ran between 2014 and 2017, where the Duchess shared her views on everything from feminism to her passion for philanthropy.
On the board are a number of photographs from The Tig, mostly pictures of aesthetically pleasing meals, and an image of Meghan in the process of creating content for her website.
The collage also includes a number of quotes in the classic font used on the blog.

They read: ‘Stay close to people who feel like sunshine’, ‘Not to spoil the ending for you, but everything is going to be okay’ and ‘You cannot make everybody happy, you are not a jar of nutella’.
Meghan also posted a visual recipe for the ‘signature Tig cup’, which appears to be a smoothie including celery, pink grapefruit, ice and limes.
Away from The Tig, the board – which was captioned ‘From memory lane to the memories I’m making today…’ – includes paintings of herself and Prince Harry and As Ever branded labels.
The labels appear to read ‘raspberry spread’, with the business set to sell jam – first trailed by Meghan and her famous friends last year – and is expected to be part of the huge homeware and gardening ranges in the US.
It also featured material cuttings embroidered with the ‘As Ever’ logo – which was previously American Riviera Orchard – in a hint that the business could also sell luxury linen goods.

This month, the mother-of-two introduced her Instagram followers to ‘As Ever’ – a luxury lifestyle company that will sell everything from ‘fruit preserves’ and ‘non-medicated hair preparations’ to candles, stationery and jewellery.
Announcing the rebrand, after American Riviera Orchard ran into a slew of trademark-related troubles last year, Meghan hinted at the sacrifices she made for her husband Prince Harry and the Royal Family – including shutting her lifestyle blog, The Tig.
‘As Ever essentially means as it’s always been, and if you’ve followed me since 2014 with The Tig, you know I’ve always loved cooking and crafting and gardening – this is what I do,’ she said.
‘And I haven’t been able to share it with you in the same way for the past few years, but now I can so, as things are starting to trickle out there, I wanted you to hear it from me first.’
Her comments were perceived as a slight at the Royal Family and Meghan’s sadness over having to close The Tig in 2017, ahead of her and Prince Harry’s royal wedding the following year.

Meghan’s blog, launched in 2014, was named after her favourite Tignanello wine.
Recalling her first sip, she wrote: ‘It was an ah-ha moment at its finest. For me it became a ‘Tig’ moment – a moment of getting it.’
Meghan’s longtime friend, Suits director and producer Silver Tree, explained in Harry and Meghan’s Netflix docuseries: ‘When she first was describing [the blog] to me, she was like, ‘It’s like your best friend telling you all the fun things you wish you knew about in one place.”
She used the website to share her views on everything from feminism to her passion for philanthropy.
An avid foodie, she also shared recipes – as well as makeup and beauty tips, travel advice, and interviews with her celebrity friends, including tennis star Serena Williams and actress Priyanka Chopra.
She closed down the site in 2017 before announcing her engagement to Harry, describing it as a ‘passion project’ that ‘evolved into an amazing community of inspiration, support, fun and frivolity’.
