Stephanie Heckl, who is an editor at celebrity magazine Bunte, took a photo of herself with Meghan as the Sussexes were on a walkabout in Dusseldorf, Germany, on Tuesday. The magazine published the image of Archie playing in the private grounds of actor Tyler Perry’s mansion in Los Angeles in its July, 2020, edition.
Bunte also printed a photo of Harry playing with the family’s pet Labrador Pula in the grounds of Mr Tyler’s mansion.
Harry and Meghan were living in the property at the time before buying their own house in Montecito.
A Bunte front cover showed Archie in a plastic toy car with his grandmother Doria Ragland. It looked as if the photo had been shot from above.
The couple filed a lawsuit in the same month which alleged paparazzi photographers used drones and helicopters to take photos of their son at the Sussexes’ private home in California.
Princess Diana also battled against being photographed by the paparazzi and was keen to take control of press coverage.
Meghan and Harry’s lawyer in the US, Michael J. Kump, filed allegations paparazzi used drones and helicopters with Los Angeles Superior Court.
A filing dated July 23, 2020, read: “Some paparazzi and media outlets have flown drones a mere 20 feet above the house, as often as three times a day, to obtain photographs of the couple and their young son in their private residence.
“Others have flown helicopters above the backyard of the residence, as early as 5.30am and as late as 7pm, waking neighbours and their son,…
