Photographer Misan Harriman was among the thousands of people to take to social media last week to wish the Duchess a happy 41st birthday. For his tribute to Meghan, Mr Harriman chose to share on Instagram a photograph he took when his friend was still a working member of the Firm.
The behind-the-scenes snap shows Meghan walking toward the stage at the Royal Albert Hall in 2019, when she took part in the One Young World summit – an organisation she started collaborating with years before joining the Royal Family.
In this picture, Meghan can be seen only from behind, wearing a long purple dress and blue pumps.
In the crowded theatre, many people can be seen turning toward the Duchess to welcome her with a smile and clapping hands.
A black and white version of this rare behind-the-scenes photo had been previously shared by Mr Harriman.
The photographer’s tribute, shared on August 4, also included a message, reading: “Wishing you the happiest of birthdays Meghan.”
Many fans of Prince Harry‘s wife chimed in to express their own wishes to the Duchess.
Instagram user franceszwei wrote: “Happy Birthday to precious Meghan.”
