Kate dazzled on Wednesday as she met people who collaborate with Shout, the free and round-the-clock mental health text service launched by the Royal Foundation in 2019. During her visit in London, the Duchess of Cambridge met clinical supervisors, volunteers and fundraisers to thank them for their invaluable efforts in supporting the growth Shout.
While speaking to staff, Kate heard Shout is looking for more volunteers to meet the growing demand for support experienced by the service.
The Duchess also praised everyone involved following the news more than one million conversations between Shout staff and people struggling with their mental health have taken place since the service was launched.
While at Shout, the Duchess also got the chance to meet Scout Leo Street, who bravely faced extreme temperatures to raise money for the service.
Kate, who is joint-president of the Scout Association, heard from the 13-year-old boy how he spent every night last year sleeping on a hammock in his garden.
Impressed by his commitment, the Duchess told the boy: “I cannot believe this!”
For her public appearance on Wednesday, the Duchess wore a leopard-print green dress from US designer Derek Lam.
She paired the designer dress with a pair of suede high heel boots which finished below her knee and a matching black waist belt.
The Duchess accessorised her look with £10 ASOS gold plated hoop earrings…
