Some of Hollywood’s biggest stars have developed close friendships in the most unusual ways.

Australian actor Hugh Jackman has an unlikely bestie in Seinfeld creator Larry David.

In 2016, the pair were spotting enjoying a New York jets football game together, with Hugh, 55, also sharing a photo of the duo at the sporting event.

‘Larry David you make me howl,’ Hugh captioned the photo, which saw the actor and the writer, 76, embrace one another while watching the game.

Aussie star Russell Crowe, 59, also has had a close bond with American rapper RZA, 54, for almost two decades.

The pair became friends after filming American Gangster together in 2007 and the rapper also starred in his Stan film Poker Face. 

Earlier this year, Russell and his girlfriend Britney Theriot were spotted together with RZA in Sydney.

Meanwhile, rapper 50 Cent, 48, and actress Bette Midler, 77, have developed a very close friendship.

Their bond began from Bette’s work on the New York Restoration Project, which saw her refurbish abandoned parks.

The rapper worked alongside her in 2008, launching The Curtis ’50 Cent’ Jackson Community Garden.

According to The List, Bette previously said of 50 Cent: ‘He’s such a doll … I love him. He’s gorgeous.’

Justin Bieber first reached out to David Hasselhoff on Twitter in 2013 before their ‘bromance was born’.

In 2014, the duo teamed up to work on Justin’s music clip together alongside Cody Simpson.

‘We had a lot of fun, and he’s a cool guy,’ David told People at the time.
