Princess Beatrice, 31, is expecting her first child with husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. As is tradition with royal babies the gender and due date have not been disclosed, but eagle-eyed fans have spotted the royal may have given a huge clue when she stepped out for dinner in central London last night.
The Queen’s granddaughter announced the happy news that she was expecting in early May, with the child due in the autumn.
She only has a modest bump at the moment, as shown in the pictures from her outing to restaurant in Mayfair, London, on Wednesday night.
The royal wore a black and white fit-and-flare skater dress with black statement mule sandals.
But it was her face mask and toy in her hand that caught the eye of several royal fans.
Beatrice, who wore her long brown hair down, wore a pale pink face mask as she headed towards 5 Hertford Street last night.
The mask was embroidered with a bee topped with a crown, a nod to her nickname and royal status.
The colour of the mask, often associated with baby girl’s, could be seen as a subtle nod that the royal is expecting a daughter.
Beatrice was also seen holding a pale pink fluffy stuffed toy rabbit.
