Although the Royal Family are constantly in the limelight, very little is known about their life behind closed doors. However, the Queen’s former head chef has revealed some of the most bizarre eating habits from inside Buckingham Palace.
Darren McGrady worked in the royal kitchens from 1982 to 1993, and served some of the families most notable members.
The former chef was interviewed with TODAY, where he dished everything from inside the palace walls. He even shared that Princess Diana, Prince William and Prince Harry have a bizarre method of eating pears.
The Royal Family usually enjoy fruit as part of their pudding, and the options often include bananas, apples, pineapples, peaches, grapes and pears.
