Luckily, PureWow’s own Royally Obsessed podcast hosts recently spoke with Omid Scobie, author of Finding Freedom and co-host of ABC’s The Heirpod podcast. Of course, co-hosts Roberta Fiorito and Rachel Bowie had to ask Scobie what we should expect next for the Sussexes. His answer, in short: a lot.
“It’s exciting. I think we’ll actually get to see the things we’ve been talking almost exhaustively about, so to actually see some of the fruits of their Netflix labor, to hear the Spotify series—it was a great start,” Scobie said during the interview. “I think what’s really interesting is that they’re just not rushing. I don’t think those first episodes of the Spotify series will be around for quite some time and I think that’s partly has to do with the fact that there’s a baby on the way and also other focuses.”
“But I think if anything that’s the one thing we’ve seen: a change in the way that they work. When they were working members of the royal family they were desperate to prove themselves and jumped from one big project to the next.
