Reports have suggested that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s relationship with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex has broken down in recent years. In 2019, during ITV’s ‘Harry & Meghan: An African Journey’, Prince Harry even admitted he and his brother were “on different paths”. But the Cambridges are reportedly hopeful that their relationship with the Sussexes will “improve”.
A friend of the Cambridges told The Telegraph: “There will always be bumps in the road but they’re a family and families come through these things.
“They both remain hopeful of a reconciliation with Harry and Meghan.
“It has been very difficult for both sides and there has been a lot of sadness over what has happened, but ultimately they want things to improve between them in the fullness of time.”
Another source told the paper that former employees of the Sussexes “felt emotional” after seeing Prince Harry’s interview with chat show host James Corden.
They said “it reminded us of old H, the H that would give you a big hug.”
Prince Harry met up with host of The Late, Late Show for a light-hearted hangout in LA.
The pair drove around on a London double decker tour bus and even video called Meghan for a quick chat.
Speculation over a rift between Prince William and Prince Harry has risen over the past few years.
